Whats New???

The working drummer

2/27/2020

It's been almost two years and I am still a full time working musician. I love it and am grateful for the opportunity to make music with so many great musicians. Here is a little montage of my gigs last weekend. Click my face and  Enjoy!

Just an update. I'm still a full time freelance muician Woooooooooooooot!

3/4/2019

A couple of albums I played on last year just got released so I thought I would share. Craft by cosmic Botanica, who I'll be heading to SXSW with next week. And Pop Fantasy by Dizzy Box Nine, who I'll play some local shows with at the Mint.

I quit my day job!!

6/4/2018

I actually quit my day job after over 10 years. I saved some money by living below my means for so long. So now I am a full time musician. It's pretty fun and exciting to be able to focus on something I love to do. But at the same time it's kind of scary because it's difficult to make any money. I literally  am lucky to make in a week what I used to make in one day. But I'll keep busy and hopefully the $$ will eventually come in.

Still Jamming

Finished a fun recording session with http://www.glennsuravech.com/Home.html  The Yamaha kit looked good and sounded good too.

The future

March 23, 2015

Time is flying by.  Gigs are slow right now.  I'm looking for some other projects.  Working on my reading skills just in case a musical theatre or cruise ship gig comes along.  Who knows!

It's a new calendar year!!!

January 26, 2015

Well I finally realized that it's the new year.  I'm still alive and have good health. For these things and many others, I am grateful.  I'm still playing with The Alcove down in the South Bay and Alanna And These Fine Gentleman on the West Side from time to time.  I really enjoy playing with both of these groups and look foreward to the next gig.

P.S. Those microphones aren't plugged in.  Who does this guy think he is?
